As an educator, I’m always looking for what will grow my students. The Feeling Friends have made it possible for me to get them to identify, express, and manage their feelings through music and puppet play!  The Feeling Friends allows me to integrate SEL with academics which has lead to developing the whole child.

I had a really bad day.  It was so bad that I did not know what to do.  I went home, put on my earphones and listened to The Feeling Friends music.  Instantly listening to the music allowed me to address my emotions.  With the music, I was able to make a mind shift and get my emotions under control.

How The Feeling Friends Benefit Parents

Why Educators LOVE The Feeling Friends

The Feeling Friends:

  • Give children the vocabulary to identify, express, and manage their feelings.
  • Includes professional development for early childhood teachers which helps teachers develop their SEL skills.
  • Includes direct instruction with effective interventions embedded within the activities, giving children repeated opportunities to practice SEL skills throughout the day.
  • Engages children’s families, so that children have a chance to work on their SEL skills both at school and at home.

The Feeling Friends are just what educators need to teach social-emotional learning to their students.

The Feeling Friends:

  • Provides the tools to increase children’s emotional vocabulary.

  • Introduces emotional vocabulary via stories, characters, and music.
  • Provides the foundation for establishing strong emotional relationships with children.

  • Allows parents to connect with their children in a way that does not emotionally drain the parent after a long day.

The Feeling Friends are a great tool for parents to teach their children a feelings vocabulary.

What if your child could turn to you and say how he, she really feels rather than act on their feelings in harmful ways?

What parent or teacher wouldn’t want that for their student?

That’s where The Feeling Friends comes to the rescue!
